It is helpful if you are playful with your imagination and just pretend. Involve as many of your senses as you can, and don’t worry if you aren’t getting a clear picture.
If you discover that your mind has wandered during a guided meditation, or a little voice tells you that you aren’t doing it correctly, just use that as a reminder to refocus your attention on the imagery. The more you practice, the easier it will become to maintain your focus.
